Welcome to Curlew Dairy. We make traditional farmhouse Wensleydale cheese in our micro dairy in Wensleydale, using milk from a small local farm.

Yoredale Wensleydale
A traditional British Territorial cheese, made in small batches by hand. Made using raw milk to an old-style recipe, Yoredale is smooth and buttery in texture.
