Yoredale Wensleydale (600g) Unlike modern crumbly Wensleydale, we use a slower, historic recipe which leads to a smooth and buttery texture. The flavour has all the lemon yogurt acidity you would expect from a Wensleydale, with mineral, earthy tones closer to the rind. A classic territorial cheese.
Raydale Chutney (220g) The sweet apricots in Raydale chutney, produced locally in Hawes, perfectly complements the lemon, yogurty acidity of Yoredale Wensleydale.
